✹ A Day in the Life of ✹ 

Our days follow an intentional transformational rhythm — offering a clear structure while allowing space for flow, rest, and real connection. As we journey together, the schedule remains responsive to the group’s needs, energy, and unfolding process.

6:00 – 7:30 AM
Sunrise sādhana: āsana, pranayama, kriya & meditation practice

7:30 – 9:00 AM
Breakfast & personal time — rest on the property, visit the Sourdough Café, ocean swim, or paddle on the lake

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Morning lectures & theory sessions

12:00 – 1:30 PM
Ayurvedic lunch (provided) & time to digest, walk, or rest

1:30 – 5:00 PM
Afternoon practice: teaching skills, asana, pranayama, kriya & meditation  Yin yoga, yoga nidra, and integration sessions filtered in.

After 5:00 PM
No homework.  maybe a sunset paddle, a light dinner, early night, and deep rest.

This immersive schedule is designed to balance learning with nourishment — allowing a container of intensity and spaciousness to let the journey flow.
