Terms & Conditions

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

If you're unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future training date, subject to availability and approval.

If you find someone to take your place, we’re happy to transfer your enrolment with no additional fees, pending their acceptance into the training.

• Cancellations made more than 1 month before the start date: the deposit will be retained; all other payments will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 1 month but no later than 7 days before the training begins: 50% of the total course fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the training start date: no refund will be issued.
• This refund policy applies to both full payments and payment plans.
• If Jai Yoga cancels the training for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made
• Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that life happens. Please contact us if you are experiencing unique or unforeseen circumstances — additional flexibility may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Course Completion Requirements

• Certification is awarded upon completion of the full training. Full attendance is required. 

Media Consent

• By registering for this program, you grant Jai Yoga School Australia permission to use photographs and video footage taken during the training for promotional and educational purposes across both print and online platforms.
• Your identity will remain anonymous — no names will be published.
• This permission extends for a period of up to ten years.

Agreement

• By submitting your application and signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions for undertaking a program at Jai Yoga School Australia.
